Club Membership and RFU Registration

Club Membership

Adult Player Category 1 – £20 per month
Adult Player Category 2 – £10 per month

You can apply for membership at the Club Shop.

RFU Registration – Game Management System (GMS)

To join BRFC, your player(s) must be registered and affiliated to the club via the England RFU Game Management System (GMS).

Players who are not registered will be ineligible to play competitive matches in accordance with RFU regulations.

Registration also includes RFU insurance.

The process creates your account and classifies you as an Associated Member of BRFC.
Membership fees for the 2025/26 season are:

• £70 for one player (reduced to £25 for U6 and below)
• £100 for two players
• £130 for three players

RFU regulations require registration within 45 days of the season start or from the player’s first club contact.

Returning players should re-register ASAP, ideally before the first festival.

New families may attend up to four training sessions free of charge to assess if BRFC is the right fit.

This gratis period begins from your first session. Missed sessions still count toward the 45-day registration window.

Exceptions may be made in special circumstances.

Once this grace period ends—or earlier if you decide to join—please complete the RFU registration.

BRFC Social Membership
Available from just £70 annually or £6.50 monthly. Benefits include:

• Discounts at the clubhouse bar and access to Club Luncheons
• Access to purchase International Rugby tickets through BRFC
• Discounted hire rates for the clubhouse

Apply via the BRFC Website. Members receive a card to present for bar discounts and other perks.

Players Register

A register is kept weekly to:

• Account for attendance at training
• Track player effort/performance (used for end-of-season awards)
• Monitor new members, gratis period, and decision timelines

Please sign in with a coach upon arrival at training.
